Tomato Lite Privacy Policy

This notice describes how IronMeta Studio handles information when you use Tomato Lite, our advertising-supported VPN and proxy service.

01

We keep the service focused on privacy.

Tomato Lite is built to limit collection to information that is useful for providing, protecting, maintaining, and improving the service. IronMeta Studio does not sell your personal information. We do not create user profiles from browsing history, DNS requests, traffic destinations, or the content carried through Tomato Lite.

This Privacy Policy applies to Tomato Lite and the related services operated by IronMeta Studio.

Tomato Lite is supported by advertising. This policy explains our service data practices and the way third-party SDKs may be involved.
02

Information you send to us or that supports the service

We may receive information that you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, support messages, attachments, survey answers, or other details included when you contact us.

Tomato Lite does not process in-app subscriptions, paid trials, or direct purchase payments within the scope of this policy.

Service identifiers

The app may generate or receive a device-linked service identifier so we can operate access checks, reduce misuse, provide support, and keep the service available.

No direct billing data

Tomato Lite does not collect payment card numbers, bank account numbers, or direct billing credentials. Advertising partners may process ad-related identifiers under their own privacy notices.

03

We do not keep activity logs.

To provide Tomato Lite as a privacy-oriented VPN and proxy service, we do not record the websites you visit, the content you transmit, DNS queries, or the traffic destinations reached through the service.

We may process limited operational information that is not intended to identify specific browsing activity:

  • App version, platform, language, and basic device environment used for diagnostics.
  • Connection success or failure events, without saving browsing content.
  • Chosen service region or server location, without treating assigned outgoing IP addresses as activity logs.
  • Aggregated bandwidth volume for service quality, capacity planning, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
  • Crash reports and diagnostic events where your device settings and applicable law allow them.
04

We use information to operate and improve Tomato Lite.

Information we collect may be used to:

  • Provide, run, maintain, and secure Tomato Lite.
  • Confirm service access, rewards, or other service entitlements.
  • Answer support requests and send service-related notices.
  • Investigate crashes, connection errors, performance problems, and misuse patterns.
  • Improve reliability, speed, product design, and user experience.
  • Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, spam, abuse, or security incidents.
  • Meet applicable legal obligations and respond to enforceable requests.
05

We share information only when there is a reason.

We may work with vendors and service providers that help us operate the app, including hosting, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, customer support, security, and infrastructure providers. These providers may process information only as needed to perform services for us.

Information may also be disclosed:

  • When you consent or direct us to share it.
  • In aggregated or de-identified form that does not reasonably identify you.
  • To comply with valid legal process, applicable law, or enforceable government requests.
  • To protect rights, safety, security, property, and the integrity of the service.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or asset transfer.
06

Tomato Lite may show ads.

Tomato Lite is advertising-supported. Third-party advertising partners may use cookies, identifiers, SDKs, pixels, or similar technologies to deliver, measure, limit, and improve ads.

We do not use the browsing content transmitted through Tomato Lite to target ads. Advertising and analytics partners may collect information under their own privacy policies. Where your device supports it, you can reset or limit advertising identifiers in system settings.

08

We retain information only for as long as needed.

We keep information as long as necessary to provide the service, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, enforce agreements, maintain business records, and support security or fraud reviews.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it, anonymize it, or separate it from active processing until deletion is possible, such as in backup or disaster recovery systems.

Support communications may be retained so we can understand earlier issues and provide consistent help. For privacy-related requests, contact vpntomato.support@ironmeta.com.

09

We use safeguards to protect information.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure. Access is limited to personnel and service providers who need the information to do their work.

No service can promise perfect security. If you believe your interaction with Tomato Lite is no longer secure, please contact us promptly.

10

Third-party services follow their own rules.

Tomato Lite may contain links, SDKs, or integrations operated by third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review those policies before using third-party services.

11

Tomato Lite is not directed to children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact vpntomato.support@ironmeta.com and we will take appropriate steps.

12

You may have privacy rights.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also be able to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.

If you are in a region with privacy laws granting these rights, our legal bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, and compliance with legal obligations.

To exercise available rights, contact vpntomato.support@ironmeta.com. We may verify your identity before responding, and some requests may be limited by law, security, fraud prevention, or other legitimate requirements.

13

This policy may change.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you through the app, website, email, or another reasonable method. The effective date shows when this policy was last updated.
